Lee Projansky - Manager / Buyer

Lee had been in Restaurant Management for over 35 years. He worked mainly at Steakhouses and fine dining. He understands the needs of a Restaurant  and what Chefs are looking for. For MSI Green his focus is Fruit and vegetables.

Roberto Orozco- Manager / Buyer
 

Roberto has 10+ years of experience in produce including but not limited to buying, production management and distribution. He also has extensive knowledge of food safety protocol. His focus at MSI is dry goods, dairy and micro greens.

Silvio Nonato - Market Expert

Silvio has been with MSI Green for over 15 years. He is our eyes at the market, ensuring we provide you with the very best products.

Jorge Diaz - Warehouse Manager

Jorge has over 20 years in the industry. His role at MSI Green is to ensure that orders are sent out correctly, receive product and maintain the facility.
